Task

This project was a standout among the many reports we design for ANAROCK—spanning DAIR, project-specific insights, and annual reviews. This particular report marked a pivotal year for Indian real estate, showcasing a powerful comeback and setting new benchmarks across the sector. Given the importance of the moment, we pushed the design envelope—infusing the report with a bold, edgier visual language while staying true to ANAROCK’s brand identity. The goal was to mirror the industry’s renewed momentum with vibrant illustrations, layered compositions, and a futuristic urban theme that celebrated growth, innovation, and optimism.
